TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Avenue – Festival d'été de Québec (FEQ) Packages

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of packages, tickets, accommodations, and related services offered by Avenue, a division of Groupe Voyages Québec.

By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges having read these Terms and agrees to be bound by them.

Avenue acts as a provider of hospitality packages and as an intermediary between the customer and various service partners (event organizer, hotels, transportation providers, etc.).

Groupe Voyages Québec holds the necessary permits to operate in Québec. Please read the following conditions carefully.

2. Package Description

Packages offered by Avenue may include, depending on the option selected:

  • tickets or passes for the Festival d'été de Québec;
  • accommodation in a partner hotel.

The exact inclusions are specified in the description of each product at the time of purchase.

Images and descriptions presented on the microsite are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes will be added at the time of the transaction unless otherwise specified.

Displayed prices may be modified without notice prior to reservation confirmation. Once the transaction has been completed and confirmed, the price is guaranteed for the selected services.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Payments must be made by credit card through a secure payment platform.

A booking confirmation will be sent by email to the address provided during the transaction.

It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the accuracy of the information provided when making the reservation.

5. Cancellation and Modification Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds, modifications, or exchanges are permitted once the reservation has been confirmed.

Hotel rooms included in packages are non-modifiable and non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed.

If the entire evening of performances associated with your package is cancelled, the applicable terms will be those determined by the event organizer.

Avenue will apply the official directives communicated by the organizer of the Festival d'été de Québec.

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

  • artist changes;
  • program modifications;
  • weather conditions;

as long as the event takes place.

6. Mobile Tickets

Some tickets may be issued as mobile tickets.

It is the responsibility of the customer:

  • to retain their tickets until the event;
  • to present a functional mobile device capable of displaying the ticket;
  • or to present a printed version if necessary.

Avenue is not responsible for technical issues related to the customer's mobile device.

7. Programming and Schedule Changes

The Festival d'été de Québec program may be modified without notice, including:

  • artists;
  • schedules;
  • stages;
  • order of performances.

These changes are determined solely by the event organizer and do not entitle the customer to a refund.

8. Accommodation

Accommodation reservations are made with partner hotels.

The specific conditions of each establishment apply, including:

  • check-in and check-out times;
  • deposit policies;
  • internal hotel policies.

The customer is responsible for complying with the rules of the establishment.

9. Liability

Avenue acts as an intermediary between the customer and service providers.

Avenue cannot be held responsible for:

  • injuries;
  • loss or damage to personal property;
  • delays or cancellations caused by third parties;
  • modifications made by the event organizer.

Avenue's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service.

10. Force Majeure

Avenue cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters;
  • extreme weather conditions;
  • strikes;
  • pandemics;
  • government decisions;
  • any situation beyond Avenue's reasonable control.

11. Ticket Use

Any reproduction, unauthorized resale, or fraudulent use of a ticket is strictly prohibited.

Avenue and/or the event organizer reserve the right to deny access to any person holding a non-compliant ticket.

12. Personal Information Protection

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for:

  • processing the transaction;
  • managing the customer experience;
  • communicating information related to the purchased package.

This information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec.

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Québec.
