Avenue is a division of Groupe Voyages Québec.

We are the official platform for booking packages including accommodation and tickets, as well as certain exclusive experiences related to the Festival d'été de Québec 2026.

FEQ remains responsible for programming, site organization and general festival management. Avenue exclusively manages accommodation bookings and packages sold through this microsite.

Sales will open on March 11, 2026 at noon.

Depending on availability:

• Daily Le Jardin ticket
• Daily general admission ticket (exclusive new offering from Avenue)

Tickets are only available with a hotel booking.

Tickets available through Avenue must be purchased as part of a package that includes at least one hotel night.

If you already have your FEQ tickets, you can however book accommodation only through our platform (subject to availability).

Yes, a maximum of 4 tickets per hotel room is allowed.

Yes, this option is possible. However, if you are not staying at the hotel between the selected show dates, we recommend making two separate transactions to simplify the management of your booking.

Yes, this option is possible. With the purchase of a package including at least one night and show tickets, you can add nights before or after your main stay (subject to availability).

Packages are displayed with “starting from” prices, including:

• Accommodation
• The selected ticket(s)

Prices vary depending on:

• The hotel chosen
• The number of nights
• The ticket type
• The selected dates

The following apply:

• Quebec accommodation tax (3.5%)
• GST and QST
• Some hotels may charge additional fees (facility access fees, eco-fees, etc.), clearly indicated at the time of booking

Our selection includes:

• Downtown hotels, close to the venue
• Hotels located a short distance from the festival
• Various categories ranging from accessible options to more upscale experiences

We offer options suited to varying budgets, extended stays, or clients looking for a premium experience.

Show or event cancellation

In the event that the show evening associated with your package is cancelled in its entirety, the applicable terms will be those determined by the event organizer. Avenue will apply the official directives communicated by the organizer.

No refund will be granted in the event of an artist change, programming modification, or weather conditions, if the event takes place.

Accommodation

Hotel rooms included in packages are non-modifiable and non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

In the event of a complete cancellation of the event making it impossible to use the accommodation, Avenue will work with its hotel partners to determine the applicable terms.

Mobile ticket responsibility

Avenue is not responsible for any malfunction of your mobile device. It is your responsibility to keep your passes until the event and to present yourself with a functional device or a printed version of your mobile ticket.

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the address used at the time of purchase.

Passes will be sent by email no later than 2 weeks before the start of FEQ.

Each new buyer will receive an email containing a link allowing them to register or log in to their “FEQ Account” in order to access their mobile tickets using the same email address they used at the time of purchase.
